1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Partmon platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Partmon is a software-as-a-service platform for managing 3D printing farm operations, including quoting, order management, print queue scheduling, fleet monitoring, material inventory, quality assurance, and fulfillment.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Partmon and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains your property; you grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Service.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days following termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Partmon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
